Monitoring & Rebooting

When you are way too busy working on your site or developing your web applications, you hardly ever have time to keep track of what is going on with your virtual server – if it is under excessive load or if all the tasks are running properly. With our Optional Admin Services deal, we will take care of this on your behalf. Your VPS will be added to our custom–built monitoring system and if there’s a trace of a trouble, our sysadmins will be warned momentarily.

Weekly Backups

Having a backup copy of your hosted content is highly recommended – one never knows when something would go wrong. And having signed for our Optional Admin Services option, you will take advantage of weekly backups of your whole VPS, not just of your content, without you needing to install and configure anything. Furthermore the backups will be kept on a server with numerous RAID–configured disk drives. In other words, your content will always be safe and sound, regardless of what happens.

Installation & Troubleshooting

Whilst a Virtual Private Server offers you a practically endless set of options, you will sometimes need to install additional software applications. And that’s where our Installation & Troubleshooting solution can come in real handy. It is an essential part of our Optional Admin Services deal, which entitles you to call for any of our practiced server admins to install and set up any kind of software program and to solve any issue that you are experiencing with your server.

Our Optional Admin Services package comes bundled with the majority of our OpenVZ VPS Servers. It’s an add–on for our KVM VPS Servers.
